Christos Vatalahos: No problem

While talking in my sleep, I mumbled “no problem”.

Subconsciously and inexplicably, just like when I am taking pictures.

Why did I say that?

Why am I taking pictures?

I still wonder, searching for a personal meaning in my photography.

In Maori the title roughly translates as ‘taking shape’.

The eye is flowing smoothly along the curves, following lines, resting in the deeps of shadows and enjoying the flares of light on the body.

On the 14th of November 2015 Saturday came unfortunately on the day after the terrorist atrocity in Paris where I was within 200 metres of the worst events.
